About our Research Impact

Our historians recognize a responsibility to engage and serve the broader public in our research. This engagement takes many forms. We provide the public with free access to our research via our project databases, community events and media appearances. We form partnerships with local councils, the Historical Association and schools to bring our scholarship to learners of all ages. Finally we advise governments, museums and NGOs in the UK and abroad in a wide range of policy areas, from heritage to healthcare.
